Top rapper and former member of the group Three 6 Mafia, Gangsta Boo died on Sunday. She was 43 years old.

Gangsta Boo also known as Lola Mitchell, recorded her first song with Three 6 Mafia "Chifa da Reefa" when she was 14 and officially joined the group a year later in 1994.

She became an influential member of Memphis rap. In the early 2000s, Three 6 Mafia followed the scene after leaving , recording with new artists and stars.

She is collaborated with iconic rappers including Lil Jon, T.I., Killer Mike and Gucci Mane, and was recently featured on a track by Latto, which premiered a few weeks ago.
