Morrissey says Miley Cyrus wants to off her next album and also leave the label and management.

The British singer first announced that he would be parting ways with his label, Capitol Records.

Before he had a chance to release any of his music — then said that Miley Cyrus had asked to be removed from the finished album, which is currently I'm Sitting Unsettled.

He posted on his website on Christmas Eve under the headline “Miley Is a Punk Rocker” showed Morrissey posting with Cyrus in the studio during more peaceful times.

He captioned, “Miley Cyrus now wants to be taken off the song ‘I Am Veronica’ for which she volunteered backing vocals almost two years ago."

"This comes at a time when Morrissey has disassociated himself with Capitol Records (Los Angeles), who control the hidden album ‘Bonfire of Teenagers’."

In November, Morrissey posted that his album, “Bonfire of Teenagers,” which will supposed to be released in February 2023, is no longer on the schedule.

And noted, “Its fate is exclusively in the hands of Capitol Records (Los Angeles).” it is said the Andrew Watt-produced album had been in the can for one and half year.

Morrissey made international headlines in early November when he walked off stage at LA's Greek Theatre just half an hour into the show, without explanation to a shocked audience.
