While Eddie prefers to go by "she/her," she stated that she "doesn't mind" if people use "he/him" pronouns when referring to her.

"There's another name I'm going to add in as well, which is Suzy, which I wanted to be since I was 10. I'm going to be Suzy Eddie Izzard" she said.

She emphasized that people can choose to use either name, adding, "They can't make a mistake, they can't go wrong."

Eddie stressed that the use of different pronouns and names is just a language adjustment and that no one should get upset about it.

She also reminded listeners that she is still gender-fluid and that the pronoun issue is not the most crucial factor.

According to her, the essential thing was coming out back in 1985, which was a difficult time.
