Celine Dion is revealing more health news that will affect her world tour dates.

The singer said in an emotional Instagram video on Thursday that she has been diagnosed with a neurological disorder called Stiff Parson Syndrome.

The singer said the symptoms are similar to what has caused her severe muscle cramps in the past.

"The spasms affect every aspect of my daily life, sometimes making it difficult for me to walk and preventing me from using my vocal cords to sing," Dion says.

"I have to admit it was a struggle. All I know about singing is what I've done all my life."

Stiff person syndrome, or SPS, is a disease that causes "progressive muscle stiffness and painful spasms"

That are triggered by environmental factors such as "sudden movement, cold temperatures, or unexpected loud noises," according to Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Dion said the diagnosis meant he would not be able to resume his European tour in February.
